The Quatro Casino EntryCard is a digital pass and resort companion for guests of the Quatro Casino Resort & Spa. It replaces your plastic room key with a QR or barcode on your iPhone, and wraps a full resort experience around it — loyalty points, event bookings, dining reservations, spa scheduling, concierge chat, and more.
Yes, the app is free to download on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The demo account gives you access to the full experience, and a guest account lets you explore public content without signing up.
Yes. The app is built offline-first — your pass, all resort content, and your personal data are stored on-device. You don't need a signal to scan into your room, browse the rewards catalogue, or check your schedule. Everything works on the casino floor, in the elevator, or anywhere else on the resort.
The app does not transmit any personal data to external servers. All information — your account details, preferences, stay history, and loyalty points — is stored locally on your iPhone. We have no analytics, no third-party trackers, and no external APIs. Your data stays with you.
The app requires iOS 16 or later. It is optimised for iPhone and does not support iPad or other Apple devices. Any iPhone running iOS 16+ — from the iPhone SE (3rd generation) to the latest models — will work.
Use the demo account to access everything. After downloading, tap "Sign In" and enter the demo credentials: email mod@quatro.com and password quatropass1. You'll have a fully populated EntryCard, Diamond-tier loyalty points, active bookings, and messages — the complete resort experience.

The app is a self-contained demo product. It simulates the experience of a real resort companion — all account data, points, bookings, and server responses are generated locally on-device. No real reservations, payments, or credentials are involved. It is not connected to a live casino or resort system.
