By downloading or using Quatro Casino EntryCard ("the App"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Please review them carefully.

Important Notice

This is a self-contained demo product. No real reservations, payments, gaming transactions, or credentials are involved. Any account data, loyalty points, bookings, and simulated server responses are generated locally on-device and are entirely fictional.

1. App Usage

Quatro Casino EntryCard is designed for entertainment and general demonstration purposes. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any related systems.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2. Intellectual Property

All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.

3. Privacy and Data

Quatro Casino EntryCard does not transmit personal data to any external server. The App functions entirely offline. Preferences and account data may be stored locally on your device to provide core functionality. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. Demo Account

The App includes a publicly shared demo account (email: mod@quatro.com, password: quatropass1). This account and all associated data are entirely fictional and provided for exploration purposes only. Do not share sensitive personal information through the demo account.

5. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes and Updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
