End User License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using Quatro Casino EntryCard.

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD for the Quatro Casino EntryCard software application ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant

QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Create an account to access personalised features (optional — the app is also accessible without an account).

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Share demo account credentials with intent to misuse the platform.
• Use automated systems to access or stress-test the Software.
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. The app does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers. All data (account details, preferences, loyalty points, schedule) is stored locally on your device. You own your personal data.

Demo Content

The Software includes a demo account with pre-populated fictional data provided for exploration and evaluation purposes. This data — including guest profiles, points, bookings, and responses — is entirely simulated. No real transactions, reservations, or credentials are involved.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

Updates and Modifications

QUATRO CASINO ENTRYCARD LTD may provide updates to the Software. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
